Running schools as businesses, obtaining contracts with businesses, and preparing students for the global economy of the future seemed to be a common mission in our school. Instead of asking what a relationship like this implied, we created rationalizations for why it was practical. Didn’t we need a system like this to ensure adequate learning for every student?
